We are in-network with most medical insurance plans and Vision Service Plan (VSP). We do accept ForwardHealth with either no HMO, Security Health Plan HMO, or Group Health HMO. We are out of network with Eyemed, BlueView Vision, and UHC Spectera. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, please call the number on the back of your card to verify your coverage, or call the office before scheduling online. If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call the office if you do not see an appointment available within 24 hours. We are happy to squeeze you in for medical problems ASAP if you call the office.
